My goal at gennaíos is simple: to bring clarity, care, and real insider expertise to a part of business that’s too often sidelined.
I’ve had over 20+ years of experience as an industry insider giving me a full 360-degree perspective of this market, and that perspective matters. We help clients identify hidden opportunities and apply practical levers in carrier negotiations.
Based on our experience, we may also highlight potential legal and tax considerations for discussion with your legal and tax counsel. We may even discover decisions you didn’t know you made. And crucially, we have the necessary ground-level experience of employee perceptions towards plan strategies and change.
My personal experience ranges from small startups to publicly traded monoliths. I’ve worked with 100s of consultants, reviewed 1000s of contracts, and supported clients across nearly every sector of the national economy.
Specifically, my expertise for non-medical employee benefits spans risk-finance, leave implementations, strategic redesigns, executive benefits, Taft-Hartley plans, complex funding arrangements, risk-pooling, reserve buy-outs, and global mobility products.
